Welcome to the Author Guidelines of Enviro Ingenium Journal: Journal of Environmental Science and Technology. This document provides detailed instructions to help authors prepare and submit their manuscripts effectively.

Manuscript Preparation
1. Article Description and Types
This journal accepts:
• Original Research Articles: In-depth studies with significant findings.
• Review Articles: Summaries and analyses of current research trends.
• Short Communications: Brief reports on preliminary results or novel findings.

General Formatting
• Typeface: Use Palatino Linotype font for the entire document.
• Font Size:
o Manuscript title: 12 pt, bold.
o Intisari (Indonesian abstract) and abstract: 10 pt, justified.
o Manuscript body (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, etc.): 11 pt, justified.
• Line Spacing:
o Intisari and abstract: 1 spacing.
o Manuscript body: 1.15 spacing.
o No additional spacing between paragraphs, except before tables or figures.
• Margins: Use standard margins (2.54 cm on all sides).
• Columns: Articles are written in a single-column format.

Tables
• Table Position: Placed in the center of the column, in-line with the text.
• Table Captions:
o Provided above the table.
o Palatino Linotype font, 10 pt size, bold.
o Example format: Table 1. Measurement data.
• Table Content:
o Palatino Linotype font, 10 pt size (or 9 pt if necessary).
o Borders are only used for the table heading and the bottom border of the table. No vertical borders.
• Table Source:
o If there is a source, position it directly below the table using Palatino Linotype font, 10 pt size.
o Example: Source: Author (2024).

Figures
• Figure Format:
o Figures must be high-quality JPEG files.
o Placed within the body of the article with in-line text wrapping.
• Figure Captions:
o Placed below the figure, centered.
o Palatino Linotype font, 10 pt size.
o Example format: Figure 1. Research flowchart.
• Figure Source:
o If there is a source, place it directly before the figure caption.
o Example: Source: Author (2024).
• Spacing:
o Double spacing between tables or figures and the preceding and succeeding text.

Additional Notes
• Subsection titles within the manuscript can be organized into further subsections if necessary, using a consistent heading style.
• No additional spacing between paragraphs within a single subsection, except in specific formatting such as before a table or figure.

2. Manuscript Structure
Follow the structure below:

• Title:
Write a clear and concise title in both Indonesian and English. Avoid using abbreviations.
• Author Identity:
Include full names (first name and surname) and affiliations (regency/city and province). Identify the corresponding author with an email address.
• Abstract:
Write the abstract in both Indonesian and English, 150-200 words each, encompassing:
o Background
o Research objectives
o Methods
o Principal findings
o Conclusion
• Keywords:
Provide 3-5 keywords relevant to the manuscript content.
• Main Body:
1. Introduction: Present the background, significance of the research, objectives, and a relevant literature review.
2. Materials and Methods: Describe the research design, instruments, software, and analytical techniques. Include sufficient detail to ensure reproducibility.
3. Results and Discussion: Combine the results and discussion, supporting arguments with references. Use subsections to clarify the discussion.
4. Conclusion: Provide a brief conclusion aligned with the research objectives. Avoid introducing new information or discussion.
5. Acknowledgments: Mention funding agencies and contributors without academic titles (e.g., John Doe, not J. Doe).
6. References: Use APA Style consistently. It is highly recommended to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
• Tables and Figures:
o Place table captions above the tables and figure captions below the figures.
o Ensure descriptions are brief and clear.
3. Reference Format
Examples of APA Style format:
• Journal Article:
